We’re All About Serving
Trainers, Authors and Speakers

For years, I worked with a handful of clients at a time — one on one, inside my M&A advisory practice — helping them build licensing and certification models that made their businesses more scalable, more valuable, and less dependent on them personally.

The results were strong. But the model had a ceiling. Sound familiar?

I could only work with so many people at once. So I made a decision: take everything that was working in those private engagements — the framework, the sequencing, the accountability — and build it into a structured program that a small, serious cohort could go through together.

Not a course. Not a self-study program. A live, cohort-based implementation experience, where every participant moves through the same content at the same pace, with real sessions, real feedback, and real deliverables each week.

The research on self-study completion rates is damning — as low as 13%. I've seen it firsthand. People don't fail because they lack motivation. They fail because they lack structure, accountability, and a room full of peers doing the same work.

This program exists to eliminate all three excuses.

The Licensing & Certification Intensive is the result — a proven framework, delivered live, designed to get you to your first licensing client in 90 days or less.

Why we built it this way

There Are Three Ways to Do This.
Here's Why We Chose the One in the Middle.

When I decided to package this work for a wider audience, I had a choice to make. I could build a course, take on private clients, or do something in between. I've been on the buying side of all three — over the past 25 years I've spent more than $200,000 on courses, conferences, masterminds, and events. I can count on one hand the things I actually implemented. That track record shaped everything about how I designed this program.

OPTION 1

Do It Yourself

Self-Study Course

You buy access to a library of pre-recorded modules. The content may be excellent. But you’re on your own — no live sessions, no accountability, no one who notices when you stop showing up.

Research puts self-study course completion rates as low as 13%. In my experience, that number is generous.

OPTION 3

Done For You

Private 1-on-1

You hire me privately. Same content, same framework, same support, same results — with my undivided attention. There’s real value in that. But I can only work with a handful of people each year, and the investment reflects it.

This year, private 1-on-1 clients pay $30,000 for the same program you’re considering right now.

← Lower investment
← Lower accountability

Lower support →

Why the Cohort Model Specifically

01

You learn more from your peers than you expect

Every cohort I’ve run — across multiple focus areas — produces something I can’t manufacture alone: tacit, peer-to-peer learning. The insight that unlocks someone’s thinking rarely comes from me. It comes from the person two seats over who just solved the same problem a different way.
02

Community outlasts content

When past clients recommend this program, they don’t lead with the framework. They lead with the group. The camaraderie built over six weeks turns peers into collaborators, referral partners, and accountability partners long after the program ends. That’s not something a course can replicate.
03

I’m a facilitator, not an instructor

In a cohort, I hold the structure and bring the framework — but the group does the real work together. That dynamic produces better outcomes than private coaching, where there’s a risk of creating dependency on me. Here, you build confidence alongside people solving the same problem at the same time.

What “real support” actually looks like week to week

A live 90-minute session each week — including 30 minutes of open Q&A

Weekly challenges and exercises that build your program incrementally

Office hours between sessions — not just with me, but with additional coaches

Email and chat support throughout the week — from coaches and your peer group

A cohort of peers at the same stage, solving the same problems in real time

No pre-recorded modules. Every session is live, every week, with no exceptions

The cohort model isn't a compromise between private coaching and a course. It's what happens when you take the best of both and remove the parts that don't serve the client. Everything here is designed around one number: 100% implementation rate. That's the only metric that matters.

The Licensing and Certification Intensive

Here’s how our 4-step  process works. The Intensive consists of two distinct parts:
The Design Studio where you learn and The Build where you implement.

Our promise to you – follow the process,
put in the work and in 90 days or less, you’ll have your first client.

Application

Our only KPI is 100% of our clients build their own licensing and certification program and get their first client in 90 days or less.

That means that this program must be right for you AND you must be right for this program. To see if there is a match, complete the short application and if there is a good fit, we jump on a 15-minute call to learn more about each other.
